The City of Rawlins Information Technology section of Finance is tasked with improving the IT infrastructure for the City of Rawlins, providing IT support for anything related to City IT infrastructure, and bettering the cybersecurity of the city.

If you have a tech-related issue with regards to city technology, please call 307-328-4500x1005 or email it-services@rawlinswy.gov.

Are You a Vendor?

We are constantly looking for new technology to better the infrastructure of the city. If you are a vendor that is interested in providing an IT related service to the city, please email it-services@rawlinswy.gov with the service that you are providing, contact information, and any important information that would help distinguish you from other vendors. Calls from IT vendors will no longer be accepted. If you are a vendor providing a service we need, you will receive a response.

Receiving Emails Claiming to Be Us?

If you are receiving emails claiming to be staff or government officials of City of Rawlins, and you suspect that they are fake please report these emails to us by forwarding those emails to phishing@rawlinswy.gov. Please report the email to us if it contains any of the following requests:

• Sensitive information (Credit Card information, Social Security numbers, etc.)
• Gift cards
• Access to device
