When do I NOT need a permit?

 •    Flat work such as driveways, sidewalks and concrete patios

    Windows- Only if the size of the window IS NOT changing

    Flooring such as carpet, tile, linoleum etc.

    Cabinets

    Painting

    Retaining Walls- under 36 inches in height

    Sprinkler systems

    Maintenance of vegetation

    Plumbing under $1,000 in cost

    Replace light fixtures

    Sheds under 200 sq. feet
