Instructors from Legal Heat will be in Rawlins on November 6 to facilitate a course with the Rawlins Recreation center in Concealed Weapons. This course will quality the handler for application for concealed weapon in 37+ states. 6pm to 9pm at the Fire Station #2, 501 East State Street.
