Annual City of Rawlins Christmas Parade - Date: November 30, 2013. Staging on 5th and Walnut between 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Parade starts at 6:00 P.M. Route will be: South down 5th Street, East on Cedar Street, South onto 4th Street ending at the Depot located at 400 W. Front Street.
