The agenda and council packet for Rawlins’ City Council’s Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025 Regular Council Meeting and Work Session beginning at 6:00 p.m. are available on BoardDocs at https://go.boarddocs.com/wy/rawlins/Board.nsf/goto?open&id=DMGLYK53B803 Meetings are held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street. The public is encouraged to attend or watch the meetings remotely. Council work sessions and meetings are broadcast live and recorded on YouTube at www.rawlinswy.gov/youtube.

- Public Hearing and Approval of Resolution of Budget Amendment for Employee Compliance Pay
- Designation of Public Fund Depositories
- Approval of Bureau of Justice Grant to cover partial costs of new and replacement ballistic police vests
- Approval of Letter of Support for Memorial Hospital Elevator Replacement Project
- Approval of License Agreement for the ongoing operations of Geodetic Monitoring Station adjacent to the Water Treatment Plant
- Employee of the Third Quarter of 2025
- Rochelle Ranch Golf Course Advisory Board Resignation
- Approval of Catering Permit for Mike’s Big City for the Town of Sinclair Employee Party
- Approve Agenda, Minutes, Payroll, and Accounts Payable
- Reports from the Interim City Manager and Staff, City Attorney, and City Council
- Work Session Discussion about Potential Housing or Commercial Development East of TA Travel Center on South Higley
Regular City Council meetings include opportunities for citizens to communicate with the council. Citizen’s Participation is reserved for items not on the agenda. During agenda items, public comments may be accepted during council discussion. To address the Council, please raise your hand and come to the podium once recognized by the mayor.

Rawlins Regular City Council Meeting times were updated in September 2025. They are now held every first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm. Work sessions are occasionally held afterwards.
