The Rawlins Police Department is proud to announce its newest member, Officer Junior Villar, who was sworn in by Judge Bennett on November 17th. He has lived in Rawlins for almost two decades with his wife, three children, and two grandchildren. He served in the County Fire Department for 10 years. Please join us in welcoming Office Villar to serving his community in a new way, as part of our law enforcement family. He will now complete training with the Rawlins Police Department and the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy.
