Crews from the City of Rawlins, joined by Councilmember Patterson, enjoyed the blue skies and sunshine Thursday morning for our WYDOT Adopt-A-Highway I-80 clean-up! Twenty-five folks picked up 480 pounds of trash along Interstate 80 as it passes through town.
