The City of Rawlins will be closed at noon on New Year’s Eve, Dec 31 and all day New Year’s Day, Jan 1.
The closure includes all City Facilities, including Offices, Animal Shelter, Community Bus, Landfill, Recycling Center, DDA/Main Street, Rawlins Family Recreation Center, Shooting Range and Rochelle Ranch Pro Shop.
