Please join us in congratulating Cody Dill, Public Works Director, for winning the George Michael Award for Outstanding Utility Management from the Wyoming Water Quality and Pollution Control Association (WWQ-PCA). Dill was selected because of his outstanding dedication to his department and to his staff, and for his exceptional work ethic. Dill received the award during the WWQ-PCA annual conference on October 24, pictured with Jay Haughton from the Board. Dill was also honored at City Council on November 5, 2024. Dill stated, “I just wanted to say I have a great staff…it’s the staff that I had that helped me get this award.”
