Please join us in congratulating Rawlins Police Department School Resource Office Amber Yardley on receiving Employee of the Fourth Quarter for 2023! Officer Yardley was selected for her dedication to serving our students and schools. She has built relationships with students as an adult they can turn to while she also works on complex juvenile cases. Amber is an asset to our City, to the staff and students at the Rawlins Elementary School, Rawlins Middle School, and Victory High School, and to our community as a whole.
