Do you have ideas on how we can improve our City? Want to share your ideas and feedback directly with City Council and city staff? Please take our 2nd annual Community Feedback Survey, which will be used as the basis for updating our Strategic Plan. The survey is available at rawlinswy.org/survey and can also be found on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/rawlinsgovernment. Physical copies can also be picked up and returned at City Hall or the Rawlins Family Recreation Center. Survey must be completed by Monday, December 6th at noon.
All surveys will be anonymous. However, if you choose to, you can leave your name for a drawing of a $100 gift certificate to a Rawlins business of their choice. Three winners will be chosen. Names will not appear on any reports generated.
City Manager Shawn Metcalf said “The information we get from this survey is really valuable. We share it with Council so when they are making decisions, they understand what the community wants and needs. Please participate this year - City Council and staff would really appreciate your feedback.”
Last year the Community Feedback Survey was used as the basis to create our FY20-21 Strategic Plan. The plan focuses on 5 key areas of development: Beautification, Community and Economic Development, Community Trust and Engagement, Employees, and Infrastructure.
