The agenda and council packet for Rawlins’ City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 5:00pm and 7:30pm are now available on BoardDocs at
http://rawlinswy.org/boarddocs. The public is encouraged to attend, send in comments beforehand and/or watch the meeting remotely. Council work sessions and meetings are aired live on Channel 191 (Spectrum), on Facebook live (barring tech problems) and posted to YouTube afterwards.
The work session will be held in the basement to allow for optimal projected review of the operational budget at 5:00pm. Council meeting agenda items include public hearings and 2nd readings for three ordinances (Urban Systems guiding policies, lifting diagonal parking length restrictions, and mandatory review of all ordinances and resolutions by City Attorney), Employee of the First Quarter, two draft resolutions to present to the Wyoming Association of Municipalities, and much more.

City Council access is no longer restricted per the authority granted by City Council to the City Manager. The City of Rawlins encourages mask use and social distancing in our facilities.
Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30p. Work sessions are often held beforehand, typically at 6:00pm.
