Official Notice: The governing body of the City of Rawlins will hold a special meeting today, September 29th at 6:30pm in the City Council chambers located at City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street. The meeting will be to discuss the Rawlins Proud/Rawlins Chamber of Commerce request for an exception to Rawlins Municipal Code 12.32.010: (Park) Hours Closed. This is due to an early delivery of pumpkins for their Pumpkin Patch/Harvest Festival. No other matters may be discussed during this special meeting.
