There will be a Special City of Rawlins Council meeting on Friday, August 21st at 10am. The only item of business is a resolution approving an employment agreement for the city manager. Council meetings are aired live on Channel 191 (Spectrum), on Facebook live (barring tech problems) and posted to YouTube afterwards.
