A resolution of the governing body of the City of Rawlins, Carbon County, Wyoming adopting & supporting the statewide health orderclosing bars, restaurants, food courts, colleges, universities, and trade schools statewide and adopt emergency rules of the Rawlins’ Personnel Policy to appropriately respond to the needs of our employees as a result of COVID-19 closures and continuing the public closure of all of City of Rawlins’ buildings and structures while continuing to meet the current demands for essential services within the City of Rawlins including adoption of the Rawlins Police Department Response Protocols.
