Early morning wake up to Zumba twice a week with a Thursday toning at 5:45 am. 6:45 am join the spinning group. 9am the water fitness meets at the Hampton Inn on Airport road. 4:45 PM on Tuesday and Thursday a Pilates course with Annette. 5:45Pm Zumba and Zumba toning with Theresa.
