The City of Rawlins is proud to provide donation locations for the new Rawlins Halloween Costume Drive, organized by local volunteers. Donate gently used and new costumes for infants through teens from Friday, September 6th through Friday, October 4th at thirty local businesses and organizations. Look for the lime green boxes! Participating city facilities are:
- City Hall - 521 West Cedar - Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm
- Family Recreation Center - 1616 Harshman - Monday through Thursday, 5:30am to 8pm, Friday 5:30 am to 7pm
- Police Department - 215 5th Street - Lobby open 24/7
The Free Costume Pickup will be held Saturday and Sunday, October 12th and 13th from 11 am to 4 pm at the Jeffrey Center. Everyone welcome!
Costumes can be donated at the same locations again following Halloween, from Friday, November 1st to Friday, November 15th. These will be stored for next Halloween.
