Just a quick reminder that there is a Council Special Work Session tonight (Tuesday, July 9th) at 3 pm for the Wyoming Water Development Office’s presentation of the Rawlins Water Master Plan Level 1. As always, the public is welcome to attend, and is will be broadcast and recorded as usual on YouTube. As a work session, no council action may occur.
