Want to make a difference in our community?  Share your experience and input by serving on a City board. We are currently accepting applications for five boards: 

Please apply for the following positions by May 28th for the City Council to consider your application on June 4th. 

Board of Adjustments 

  • One (1) Unexpired Term till January 31, 2026
  • One (1) Unexpired Term till January 31, 2025 

Old Pen Joint Powers Board 

  • One (1) Three-Year Term of May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2027

Urban Systems Committee

  • One (1) Four-Year Term of January 31, 2024 to January 31, 2028  

Expiring Positions - Please apply for the following positions by June 11th for the City Council to consider your application on June 18th.

Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee 

  • 6th – 8th Grade Positions; one member and one alternate for July 2024-June 2025
  • 9th – 12th Grade Positions; one member and one alternate for July 2024-June 2025

Shooting Ranges Advisory Committee 

  • Three (3) Three-Year Terms of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027 
  • One Alternate Three-Year Term of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027
