This is Crime Victims Rights’ Weeks, declared by the Mayor on April 18th. This is a time to show our commitment to treating survivors with compassion, respect, and sensitivity and to provide services to offer them with hope and self-confidence. This year’s theme is “Rights, Access, Equity for all Victims.” We honor victims of all crimes this week and show our appreciation for the staff and volunteers of our Rawlins Police Department Victims Assistance Program for the vital services they provide.
