- Regarding Municipal Solid Waste Haulers Licenses, one license was tabled and is on the agenda to be un-tabled on January 3rd. The other license failed to pass. This decision is now being challenge in court and we are unable to comment. If a license is not renewed, a Municipal Soldi Waste Hauler can submit a new application for a license (RMC 8.08.280-330). The City of Rawlins has not received any new applications as of the release of the agenda.
- The amendment of the Glenn Addition fees is scheduled for January 17th to allow for further discussion and review between the Glenn Addition representatives and the City.
