The agenda and council packet for Rawlins’ City Council Work Session and Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm is available on BoardDocs at http://rawlinswy.org/boarddocs. The public is encouraged to attend, send in comments beforehand and/or watch the meeting remotely. Council work sessions and meetings are aired live on Channel 191 (Spectrum), on Facebook live (barring tech problems), and posted to YouTube afterward. Council meetings are held in Council Chamber, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street.

- Work Session discussion of a Solid Waste Sorter and Assistant to the City Manager
- Public Hearing and Action regarding the funding of the Carbon County Youth Crisis Center
- Updates on Walnut Street and Multi-Jurisdictional Dispatch
- MOU with the Carbon County C4 for Mobile Dispatch Operation
- Designation of four dates for Liquor License Holders to remain open for 24 hours
- Presentation of Sinclair Water feasibility study
- Discussion of City Rebranding
- Approval of Payroll and Accounts Payable

We are also currently allowing written comments to be provided beforehand which will then be read into the record, which started as a response to COVID-19. If you cannot attend the City Council meeting and would like to make a comment, they must be emailed to crelations@rawlins-wyoming.com AND lshearer@rawlins-wyoming.com by Monday before the meeting at 4:00 pm. Please keep in mind these are formal communications to the governing body and will be read into the record.
