The agenda and council packet for Rawlins’ City Council work session and meeting on Tuesday, January 5th at 6:00pm and 7:30pm are now available on BoardDocs at
http://rawlinswy.org/boarddocs. The public is encouraged to attend, send in comments beforehand and/or watch the meeting remotely. Council work sessions and meetings are aired live on Channel 191 (Spectrum), on Facebook live (barring tech problems) and posted to YouTube afterwards.
Council agenda items include recognition of outgoing council, election of Mayor and Vice Mayor, council board appointments, Public Works restructuring, and more. The work session continues City Council training. There is also a workshop for oncoming council only at 5:15, with training on using and voting with the BoardDocs software. City Council access is now limited to 25 people per the authority granted by City Council to the City Manager on 3/20/20. All people in attendance must wear a mask.
If you would like to participate with the council meeting, there are options.
- Statements can be submitted by 8:00 the morning of the meeting to crelations@rawlins-wyoming.com. These will be read into the record in the appropriate portion of the agenda.
- In the event that you wish to speak in person, and you would prefer or are asked to wait outside chambers in a socially distanced setting, please notify the staff outside the chambers when you arrive.
- Attend the meeting in chambers (limited seating).

Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30p. Work sessions are often held beforehand, typically at 6:00pm.
