The agenda items include the trailer parking ordinance, declaration of domestic violence awareness month, splash pad, shooting range board appointments, suspension and revocation of contractor’s license ordinance, and fence ordinance. Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30p. Council meetings are aired live on Channel 191 (Spectrum), on Facebook live (barring tech problems) and posted to YouTube afterwards.
With current guidelines, only 50 people can enter the council chambers at one time. Members of the public are welcome to attend and speak to council. In the event that seating is full, any person wishing to speak may notify the City Clerk or City Manager before the meeting.
