The agenda and council packet for Rawlins’ City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 6th at 7:30pm are now available on BoardDocs at http://rawlinswy.org/boarddocs. The information for the Work Session at 6:00pm is also available. The public is encouraged to attend both of these meetings.
The agenda items include the trailer parking ordinance, declaration of domestic violence awareness month, splash pad, shooting range board appointments, suspension and revocation of contractor’s license ordinance, and fence ordinance. Remember, council is accepting written feedback pertaining to the trailer parking ordinance until Monday at noon. These written statements may be provided in a multitude of ways:

• Dropped off to City Hall at 521 W. Cedar to the Finance Department or in the Utility Bill dropbox in the alley behind City Hall
• Dropped off to Public Works at 915 3rd Street

Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30p. Council meetings are aired live on Channel 191 (Spectrum), on Facebook live (barring tech problems) and posted to YouTube afterwards.
With current guidelines, only 50 people can enter the council chambers at one time. Members of the public are welcome to attend and speak to council. In the event that seating is full, any person wishing to speak may notify the City Clerk or City Manager before the meeting.
