The City of Rawlins encourages the public to provide feedback to City Council about adopting Rawlins Municipal Code 10.33.030, Regulating Trailer Parking on public streets, roadways, right-of-ways, and alleys. On the 2^nd reading of all ordinances, there is always a Public Hearing to encourage citizens to comment directly to the City Council on the proposed regulation.   The Trailer Parking Regulations Public Hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 6^th at 7:30 pm during the regular council meeting located at 521 West Cedar Street. 

City Council will be accepting written statements. They will be read by staff into the official record at the council meeting. This option allows those with other obligations to express their opinion directly to council. These written statements may be provided in a multitude of ways: 

• Mailed to City Clerk, P.O. Box 953, Rawlins, WY 82301
• Dropped off to City Hall at 521 W. Cedar to the Finance Department or in the Utility Bill dropbox in the alley behind City Hall 
• Dropped off to Public Works at 915 3^rd Street 
• Submitted via email to crelations@rawlins-wyoming.com 
• Submitted via the website at http://www.rawlinswy.org/requesttracker.aspx to City Hall: City Clerk. 

Please include your name, address, and your feedback for council. Keep in mind that comments which are unduly repetitious or burdensome may be limited at the Council’s pleasure. Comments that are simply in favor or opposed are also accepted and will be tallied to present to City Council. All statements must be received by Monday, October 5^th at noon. Statements made via phone, on Facebook, or to staff verbally will not be provided to council.
