Mrs. Brown is a Master Municipal Clerk, the most advanced designation of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. This 5-year training program includes rigorous educational and professional contribution components. “Marla has been such an inspiration to me. Over the years she has supported and aided employees to better themselves and has always been dedicated to the City of Rawlins. We have been truly blessed to have such an amazing person within our organization. I consider myself lucky to have had the privilege of working with Marla, she will be missed a great deal.” shared Danielle Gross, Public Works Operations Manager.

In addition to her service as Clerk, Mrs. Brown has made a difference throughout our community, county and state.
